- Income: Statewide income limit of $171,120 regardless of household size or county (as of the 2026 program update).
- Homebuyer education required
Maximum sales price of $350,000 regardless of county. Existing manufactured doublewide units built after 1976 are eligible as of the 2026 program update.

Low Down Home Loan (Homeownership DPA)

Up to $12,000 as a second mortgage for down payment and/or closing costs when the first-mortgage LTV is at or above 80%.
