UHC DPA Second - Traditional (Amortizing) Option
UHC
Up to 6% of the first mortgage loan amount (capped at $27,500) as a 30-year fixed-rate second lien at an interest rate 1% higher than the first mortgage rate.

UHC DPA Second - Deferred Option
